Directions
Oral Use: Mix 3 mL (1/2 teaspoon) in 30 mL warm water, swish around the mouth for 30 seconds. Twice daily.
Antioxidant/general wellbeing: Mix 3 mL (1/2 teaspoon) in 30mL warm water. Once a day.
Topical: Apply 3 mL (1/2 teaspoon) to dressing and cover wound. Repeat until healed.
Ingredients
Active Ingredient (Each 1mL): Propolis liquid extract 106mg, equivalent to flavonoids 15mg. Contains pollen.
Propolis may cause severe allergic reactions. If irritation or swelling of the mouth or throat occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner.

Not recommended for use by pregnant or lactating women.
