A drop in hydration and energy levels can impact athletic performance. Musashi Sport Hydration Electrolyte Water is formulated with electrolytes, creatine and advanced carbohydrate SusCarbTM. Ideal for before and during sport or exercise so you can play the second half as hard as the first!
Directions
Serve size = 25g (Approx 1/2 levelled scoop). Add 1 serve to 250-350mL of cold water, stir until mixed and consume.
Isotonic Mixing Direction: Mix 1 serve with 250mL of cold water.
Take maximum 1 serve per day within 60-90 minutes prior to or during exercise.

May contain milk, soy; produced in a factory handling milk and soy products.
Consumed as part of healthy, varied diet and with an appropriate physical training or exercise program. Not suitable for children under 15 years of age. This product is sold by weight, not volume. Product will settle over time.
